Some operating noise and warmth are expected. Report unusual heat, smells or faults straight away.
Keep cables and walkways clear, and keep children and pets away from the equipment.

Reztor. One call. A clear path forward.
Follow the plan for your property
Your technician sets the equipment arrangement for the affected materials, moisture conditions and access available. Keep it running as instructed, and ask before moving a machine or changing its settings. Different properties and stages of drying may need different arrangements.
Keep doors and windows as instructed. Opening them can change the conditions the equipment is working to control. If the team has asked you to ventilate an area, follow that specific instruction rather than a general rule.
Keep access clear and report concerns
Keep cables and walkways clear, and children and pets away from equipment. Some operating noise and warmth are expected. Unusual heat, smells, damage or faults need prompt attention. Contact Reztor straight away and keep clear of equipment you believe is unsafe; do not attempt repairs or touch wet electrical equipment. For immediate danger, move to safety and contact emergency services.
Let the team know if equipment stops, access arrangements change or a room becomes difficult to use. Describe the machine and what you have noticed so the technician can advise on the next step.
Why return visits matter
A surface can feel dry while moisture remains in materials or a cavity. Return visits allow the team to take readings, review progress and adjust the plan. The drying goal depends on the materials and conditions; an illustrated meter value is not a universal completion threshold.
Ask which areas are being monitored, when the next check is expected, and what must happen before equipment can be removed. Drying, source repairs and reinstating finishes may be separate parts of the recovery.
